Church Conference
To Adjust Clergy Compensation
A Church Conference for approving an adjustment to the Senior Pastor clergy salary previously adopted will be held on November 5 at 11:30 AM in the Koinonia Hall and on Zoom. All members of Hennepin are invited to attend. Those with votes are retired clergy in the community and nominated leaders.
To Approve Bruce Ario Estate Gift and Sale
Hennepin Avenue UMC has received a gift of a small condominium property in Minneapolis, MN from the estate of Bruce Ario. The Trustees propose the immediate sale of the property with the proceeds to benefit Hennepin ministries and/or facilities.
The sale is contingent on a vote of approval from the congregation.
In accordance with Hennepin’s incorporation under Minnesota Statute 315, and the “Book of Discipline” of the United Methodist Church, this is notice for a discussion and vote on the proposed sale of the condo property to be held in conjunction with the “State of The Church” update on November 5.
