You never know what you are going to find when you start digging in the church records. Barry Schaub was looking for materials in the blueprints “closet” and found a church timeline! It was produced 25 years ago by the team of Rogers Adams, Jim Smith, Karen Rowley, Marilyn Lingard and Verda Aegerter (with special thanks to Bobbie Keller).

The 12 display boards provide a visual reference to world and local events as Hennepin Church was formed in 1875 and grew in the 19th and 20th Centuries, leading up to the Year 2000. They deserve an encore presentation, which we will provide on November 17 and 24, during the Sunday Brunch in Koinonia Hall. There are even places for you to add your own family history stories on the timeline.
