Carrie Walling from the Racial Justice Team is hosting a discussion on the report, State Violence and Community Resistance in Minnesota, an account by Human Rights Watch Researchers. Walling, who is Director of the Human Rights Program at the University of Minnesota, will share how human rights fact-finding is done and how local advocates network with national and international partners to protect human rights locally.
