Join one of the best Pride parties in the country! We welcome festival goers to our parking lot and offer hospitality and allyship at our Service and Justice Pride Tent.

Proceeds for this parking lot fundraiser are used to defer the costs of mission trips for our youth. This year, that group includes 25 teens and adults that will spend time in Chicago working in community gardens, helping re-distribute medical supplies to low income local clinics, and volunteering in a shelter for young people who have experienced human trafficking.

We are looking for Hennepin folks who are eager to meet and joyfully interact with the queer community in our parking lot during Pride weekend! Volunteer positions include Parking Lot Attendant, Pride Merch Table Host, and Party Cart Host.

Join us at Chalking for Pride on Friday, June 26 from 3-7pm on Hennepin’s north steps! Join Hennepin’s Queer Justice Team in creating beautiful and impactful chalk art on the grand North steps and sidewalk – sending the message of love, support, and inclusion for all who walk or drive by! This is a community event, bring your friends! Shade tent and refreshments provided.
